Joining Troop 8

If you are interested in joining Troop 8, or just wanting to find out more about our Troop and our program, we welcome you to visit one of our regular Troop meetings. Meetings are held on Monday evenings at 7:00 PM at Christ United Method Church at 35th and Harvard in Tulsa, OK. We meet in the rooms located downstairs under the sanctuary. Go down the stairs located just past the main sanctuary entrance. Troop meetings are not held on the Mondays after camp outs. Check the Troop calendar page for a listing of the Troop meeting dates. If you have any questions about visiting, please email join@troop8.com and one of our adult leaders can help you.

During your visit the potential scout member will be able to participate in the meeting's activities, while the visiting adults will have the opportunity to speak with Troop 8 adult leaders.

To join the Troop, you will need to be registered with the BSA and pay the Troop dues and a one-time equipment fee. Registrations fees and dues are prorated based on the month you join.
